A Quick Visual Study of Signage in Rainbow Street

These photos were shot to test the Samsung WB150F. All photos were post-processed with image-editing software (Adobe).

In terms of design, these shots rub in our face the sad truth of the downfall of aesthetics and good taste in the Jordanian capital. I love the first sign with the rainbow, and it is a very old one. Photoshop has spelled visual destruction upon our city. Solution: let’s ban Photoshop, and make a law that all signage in the city has to be done by a calligrapher, the old-school way.
