Beautiful Amman Timelapse
The perfect way to describe our country, our culture, and our history is by using the word “pacifists”.
Think about it. Yeah, sure, in the past five years, we’re slowly redefining our culture by being subjected to violence by the means of violent “national” music and a very wrong definition of what patriotism really means. But that’s just recent. Historically, we’re a very peace-loving people. We love our comfort zone of peace and security, and Jordan is a quiet, peaceful nation.
That’s why I really love this video. While it’s alive with colors, cars, people, sunsets, and cityscapes, it still manages to portray a very realistic picture of the beauty of Jordan: that of peace.
