This French short film, Le Miroir (The Mirror) manages to tug at the heart strings. Directed by Ramon and Pedro, it takes you through the entire life of a boy in that bathroom mirror.
Amazing. And also very sad. I do not know why these stories make me so sad. Have you seen UP? you know the first 15 minutes that shows the life cycle of the couple, how they started young and happy, full of life and dreams, grew old, how they never managed to fulfill their initial dream to visit the falls because every time they start saving something happens and they find themselves obligated to spend that money on repairing the broken roof? how they grew much older, and life took them through its unexpected mazes and allies, how last time when they tried to climb the green hill and barely made it to the top? how she got ill and eventually died before they managed to make the time to visit the falls? I watched that two or three times, every time i reach that point i find myself in tears. Also this one. you know what i am talking about? can you put it in words?
