On June
Can you believe that June is over? I can’t! It’s been the fastest month of the year thus far, and I haven’t really done much honestly.
At Bayt, we finally moved from the Abdali offices to a brand spanking new building on Gardens. Believe it or not, but Gardens has turned out to be an improvement location wise: it’s a much shorter drive, and it’s really easy to find a parking spot at 9:00 AM.
Happy drive and quick parking spot = happy Roba. Yeah, I’m simple like that.
June also saw my friend Sara getting married to longterm sweetheart. I’m really happy for her and Omar, so mabrook guys!

Happy and eventful! :) Question: What is the strange looking meat or cheese in those sandwiches? I have never seen a texture like this. My gut feeling says it’s turkey of some sort, but I am not 100% sure. Heck, this sounds like another ‘musaba2a’ called ‘Guess the Sandwich!’ I just had lunch but this looks very appetizing. Another inquiry: are lime slices in the sandwich tasty? Doesn’t the skin taste too bitter? :) Sorry for being too inquisitive.

Ziad, actually, you’re right. It’s fish. I can’t remember the name of the brand for the life of me, but it’s basically crab “mortadella”. The lime is more decorative. It is too bitter for my taste, so what I do in I squeeze it and then remove it :) It looks pretty though! Moose is a sandwich pro.
