Her Name was Madinah

I don’t have any words. But her friends do have many.

From Kinzi’s blog:

Today is the last day of Madina Ammaris 3azza.

Her name, her face, and her murder have not been far from my mind,
making it hard to go about my day with a barometric sadness. It is hard
to write with heart. Discovering she was two months pregnant doubles the
murder rate, and the tragedy of it.

Her legacy is looming large to those, like me, who didnt know her.
Her family, friends, colleagues and acquaintances are painting a
portrait of her in living color,  with their word pictures of her
character and life passion.

They are commemorating her life cut-short have filled the comments
section here. If you have missed them, here they are:

  1. stranger Says:

    I
agree, it wasnt an honor crime! I used to know the husband back from
school! What he did was wrong, and he deserves either death or spending
his life in prison! The victim is an honorable lady! No reason
whatsoever to kill an innocent soul! Allah punishes, not humans! May
Allah rest her soul in peace!

  1. Dana Says:

    I
know this girl, we dont know the real reason yet, but WHATEVER IT IS
it does not justify what he did to her.

  2. ola al ghazawi Says:

    I
knew her through a friend, she is an honorable lady who left the world
for the sake of her love to him, and as a way to thank her he killed
her & this is not an honor killing! she was a pure wife that dedicated
    her life to him.
