Pantone’s Color of 2010

I’m not sure I believe that a color could possibly be that of a year, but Pantone’s pick is interesting to mention anyway. This year’s color is the prettiest and ugliest color in the world: turquoise. I doubt that there’s any other color in the world that can be used as prettily or as ugly-ely.

    “The ugliest and the prettiest color” .. couldn’t have said it any better.

    My years, based on the colors, were 2003 (Aqua Sky) and 2004 (Tigerlilly).

    2010 is so not going to be my year :)….but then again, it can be ugliest and the prettiest.

    Chris, good point.It’s been so gloomy and cold here as well :( I hate the winter :( Organizing bookmarks for 14 hours is definitely not fun :P Good for winter though.

    ExpatInSaudi, I love the 2004 color. It’s very pretty :) 2010 is going to be eventful! If the color may say so itself :)
