The Thing is, i work in XXXXXXX’s Office of Abu Ghazaleh, and guess who made this shit up ? (Sorry I’ve changed country to X’s i don’t wanna get fired just to express my thoughts)

An Egyption employee in Egypt’s Office just to gain Mr. Chairman’s attention or consent for a raise or something, and guess what ? all Egyptians in out office are proud about this “Production” and play it all the time (it’s loyalty you know, i would love to be loyal to my company if it treats me well, but sure by doing things not going to end with me throwing up on my desk), and they got those CD’s all that has the company Logo in a polished package..spreading it to clients along with the brochures..

You know what ? I’ve been feeling sick for a long time, and now i think am going to VOMIT, this is An EXACT PERFECT IDEAL EXAMPLE HOW NOT TO ADVERTISE YOUR PRODUCTS/SERVICES.. in my humble tiny opinion.

Please note that Mr. Talal Abu Ghazaleh is a great , humble, and brilliant man, it’s just those who is around him in administration screw things up, waste the organization’s resources, keeping him out of focus, Disperses his thoughts, and some times preventing a right decision to be made…

One Last thing, the organization has been affected by the International Economical Crisis, and since then, in Jordan’s Offices Only, More than 700 employee, PEFFFT are fired, you could imagine eltarahhol el edari wo el bataleh el moqanna3a that was there, and what upsets me, that a lot of Competencies has been fired too (or forced to leave by i.e increasing working hours, or by an angry manager), while still there a lot of unnecessary Organic Objects On Chairs (OOOC) (aka managers) are still in positions.

Talal Abu Ghazaleh Group Offices works 47.5 a week, its still legal, our office work from 7:30 to 5:30 with 30 min break that we got confused where to spend it as we don’t have a cafeteria in our office (we most of the times eat while standing).

I Don’t deny this, i thank god every day for my job, it was the most paid one since I’ve graduated, but still this isn’t what i dream about (Position + Experience + Career development, i don’t always care about the salary).
