Everyone on the TV coverage of the marathon is wearing a medal. [Moose note: even Zuhair Al-Nobani and Mohammad Al-Qabbani]. If I knew I had such high chances of getting a medal, I would have joined. After all, I have never received any sort of awards/honors for any sports related activity in my life.

    ya everyone gets one but I didn’t get any cuz they ran out! apparently those who arrived earlier would grab a bunch for the whole family.

    Farah, haha, tayeb iza heik it’s a good thing I didn’t go! I would have definitely not finished until the very end :) I can’t even run on a treadmill.
