Buzzing

flight patterns from Charlie McCarthy on Vimeo.

Here’s a really cool video composed of long-exposure shots of bugs buzzing around a streetlight. You’ll notice that some of them actually buzz around in perfect patterns, I love the one that looks like a Slinkie.

Honestly, I can’t stand bugs, because I’m one of those people who they seem attracted to by prinicipal. Even on a mosquito-less day, I’m always the first one to get bitten.

Did you know that that is genetic?

Bardees, that is really cool! I wonder how they do it, I can’t figure out a way to do long exposure shots with such clarity.

    Roba,

I know you like logo design so I thought you would enjoy this comparison of Pepsi and Coke logo design changes over the years.

Zeid, they’re done using light and low shutter speed.

And don’t worry about the double comment! :)

Peter, thanks for the link, I saw it a few days ago and loved it. Which is your favorite Pepsi logo? I love the one with the cap bottle.

  • Peter S

The 1973 Pepsi logo is one the I grew up with so I’m partial to it.
