Happy birthday you!
Okay, I admit it, I love so many more virtual things than ones in the real world. Case in hand:Gmail. I cannot imagine life without my Gmail, which has now turned 5 years old.
Before a person called Zeid Laaribi (who saw my plea for an invite in the days when invites were sacred in a comment on Subzero Blue), I was still wrestling with TWO MEGABYTES of storage with the shittiest internet product ever, Hotmail.
Through the years, Gmail has become my choice application for all things possible, including my work email, my chat client, my document storage, where I save my backups, and a whole list of other things as well.
Happy birthday Gmail.
