that reminds me of a very sad scene i saw few days ago :(((
a poor cat in a condition similar to the one on this doormat of yours, in the middle of the street, and there is a living cat, that waits for cars to pass by to come and check on the dead cat, and then goes away when cars come and goes back to see it again:( it was a heartbreaking scene i kept watching through the rear view mirror :(:(:( like it was mourning its friend or family member:(
