Quick Note on Language Survey
Thanks to everyone who filled up the survey, I’m afraid that even with my printed-out, color-coded attempts, I couldn’t count the votes to come up with easy to read answers. I did though find out what I was interested in, which is that the words in the survey were most familiar to people of Palestinian origin. Most of them were not familiar to Egyptians and Gulfians, while being more familiar to people from the Levant, which is expected I suppose as all the words were from Aramaic / Syriac origins rather than Arabic.
